Mother Nature Slows Field Development
Spring floods in Marshalltown
brought development of clubs new flying field to a
standstill.
Footings had been poured for the new sunshelter and flyers
were posted for the ‘Grand Opening”ceremonies. All of this,
including club flying, came to a halt when the rains
started.
Thankfully things are now back to normal and work has
resumed on the sun shelter. A big thanks to Jerry R. for all he has contributed in this
endevor.
